PRODUCT INFORMATION

MOLYSLIP® TAP Chlorine-free is a range of premium performance lubricants designed for severe metalworking operations such as drilling, reaming and tapping. They are formulated to meet the latest health, safety, and environmental standards. All of the products in the range are free from mineral oil, chlorinated paraffins, and other hazardous components.

MOLYSLIP® TAP Chlorine-free products possess outstanding lubrication and extreme pressure properties to provide excellent surface finish to components and to protect tooling from wear and damage. They are suitable for most drilling, reaming and tapping (spiral point, spiral flute and fluteless) operations on most metals. However, it is advised that compatibility is checked prior to use as the sulphurised extreme pressure additives may interact with some metals. For situations where sulphur must be avoided, it is advised that TAP AQUA is used.
